The decision to appoint Bollywood actor Salman Khan as the brand ambassador made by KKFI officials on 18 December during a media event at the National Players Training Camp at Jawaharlal Nehru Stadium. Since Salman Khan is a famous face and is quite popular among the new and old generation, this smart move of appointing him as the brand ambassador for the first Kho-Kho World Cup is quite impressive and praiseworthy. This will promote the Kho Kho sport among youth and others in every state of India from East to West and North to South!
On being appointed as the brand ambassador for the Kho Kho World Cup 2025, Salman Khan expressed his excitement, saying, “I am proud to be associated with the first-ever Kho Kho World Cup! The first match of Kho Kho World Cup 2025 will be played between India and Pakistan on January 13 at the Indira Gandhi Indoor Stadium in New Delhi while the final match will be played on January 19.
